How do I create a new reservation?
Open the Reservations view and choose New reservation. Select the group size and date, and the system suggests suitable times. After picking a time, enter the guest's details. You can also make a quick walk-in reservation from the table map.
How do I edit opening times?
Opening times are set in the Opening times view as a weekly rhythm. Individual exceptions (special opening times, closed days or time ranges) are made separately through the special opening times feature — don't add them to the weekly rhythm.
How do I cancel or move a reservation?
Click a reservation in the Reservations view. You can change the time, group size and tables, or cancel it with Cancel reservation. You can also mark that the customer did not show up.
How do I merge tables for a large group?
Allow table merging on the Tables tab by marking which tables can be merged with each other. Merged tables are then offered automatically for larger groups.
What is the info box?
The info box is shown on the customer booking page. You can add info text and links (for example a menu or gift cards) in both Finnish and English.
How do I manage my subscription and billing?
The Billing view shows your subscription status and lets you subscribe through the Paddle payment provider. Note that after a subscription ends, your data is permanently deleted after 60 days.
